At Newport Mesa Church, our Early Childhood Ministry (infants through Kindergarten) exists to provide safe, nurturing, and engaging environments where kids discover God! We value each and every child and celebrate how unique God created them to be. Thank you for allowing us to partner with you as you lead your children to grow spiritually. Please feel free to contact Eunice Pimentel, our Early Childhood Director, if you have any questions about our program.
Relationships | Discipleship | Safety | Fun!
In our Infant (0 – 12 months), Young Toddler (13-23 months) and Old Toddler rooms (24-35 months) we provide a warm, loving environment, introducing children to God and his love. We read stories, sing songs, stroll and play.
In our Preschool (3- early 4 years), Pre-K and Kindergarten Rooms, we provide hands-on experiences, along with song and movement, to help young children discover God’s Word. Children participate in a Bible story, intentional learning centers, and outdoor play.
Rainbows is a discipleship program for Pre-K children. Children will have the opportunity to learn God’s Word in a fun, club-like atmosphere. Learning God’s Word, earning badges, playing games, and participating in lots of fun activities are at the top of the list for this group! The focus for Rainbows is to teach your child Biblical values by reading stories out of the Bible and memorizing God’s Word. At the end of every month, your child will receive a badge that represents that Bible verse that he or she has memorized.
At Newport Mesa Church we LOVE and appreciate our parents. Four times a year, we provide age-appropriate programs for your children in a safe environment and at a minimal cost so you can enjoy an evening with your spouse or friends without having to worry about your kids!
