A Pre-Marriage Seminar for Couples Considering Engagement and Marriage
Newport Mesa Church is again offering this annual Seminar for couples considering engagement and marriage. The Seminar is pre-marriage counseling in a comfortable group setting.
The Seminar is taught by Glenn and Barbi Rouse who have been members of NMC as long as they have been married—35 years. Glenn works in the corporate world, and Barbi is the Director of Learning Skills at Vanguard University. They have been teaching the Seminar for 25 years!
Seminar topics: What is Love? Personality Styles; Marital Expectations/Marital Roles; Conflict Resolution; Finances; Sexuality; Forgiveness; and Marital Adjustments.
The Seminar is 8 weeks starting Sunday, January 24th - and each Sunday through March 14th. The Seminar will meet on the VU/church campus in Smith 101, 11:00 am - 1:00 PM. Continental breakfast included. Cost - $125.00 per couple which includes pre-marital testing, Seminar notebook, weekly resources, continental breakfast each session, and a positive growing experience!
