I . Privacy Practices and Procedures
CashL INQ has developed the following policies to ensure that a customer's privacy is not compromised and to maintain customer confidence. These policies detail the strict standards we have in place.
Key Terms in CashLI NQ's Privacy Policy
As used in this Policy, the words we, our and us mean CashLI NQ.
Nonpublic Personal Information means information about our customers and their customers (collectively the "customers") that we collect in connection with providing a financial product or service. This information includes, but is not limited to volume and types of transactions, names, address, card and banking information. Nonpublic personal information does not include information that is available from public sources such as telephone directories or government records or internet based public directories.
A Non-affiliated Third Party is a company that is not an affiliate of ours.
An Affiliate is a company we own or control. Ownership does not mean complete ownership, but means owning enough to have control.
Sources and Nature of Nonpublic Personal Information We Collect
We collect nonpublic personal information about customers from the following sources:
Information we receive from customers on applications or other forms;
Information about customer transactions with us;
Information about customer transactions with non-affiliated third parties
Information we receive from a consumer-reporting agency.
We collect this information to identify our customers, to help us complete customer requests for services, and to verify facts about our customers. We collect, retain, and use nonpublic personal information about our customers only where we reasonably believe that it will help administer our business or provide products, services and other opportunities to customers. We use customer information to protect and administer customer account and funds; to comply with certain laws and regulations; to help us design or improve our products and services; and to understand customer financial needs so that we can provide quality products and superior service.

All CashL INQ employees are educated on the importance of confidentiality and customer privacy. We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about our customers to those employees who need to know that information to provide products and services. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with industry standards to safeguard customer nonpublic personal information.
CashLIN Q's Policy on Sharing of Nonpublic Personal Information

The disclosure is otherwise required or permitted by law ( i.e., subpoena, investigation of fraudulent activity, request by regulator).
If a customer decides to close an account(s) or become an inactive customer, we will follow the privacy policies and practices as described in this Policy.
We do not disclose (i.e. sell, rent, lease or exchange) any of the nonpublic personal information we collect, as described above, to any companies that perform marketing services, unless required to do so by law.

Third parties that provide support or services in conjunction with CashLI NQ have in place certain Privacy Policies, which may or may not reflect our policy. These agreements are available from the third parties upon request.
Opt Out Form Retention

Security Procedures
A. Internal Systems
Our internal system is used to perform transactions, inquiries and maintenance on all our customer's accounts recorded on the system. Security is maintained by restricting the operations that CashLINQ personnel may perform on their PC's according to their job description. Each user of the system is required to have a user identification and password to access the system.
B. External Systems - On-line account access
For customer protection, CashLI NQ uses a process called "Secure Sockets Layer" (SSL) encryption. SSL encryption turns all Internet communication between customers and CashLINQ into a string of unrecognizable data. Site Browsing
CashLINQ may use cookies (small bits of data stored on your hard drive on behalf of a web site and returned to the web site on request.). We may use cookies for two purposes: to carry data about your current session at the site from one web page to the next, and to identify you to the site between visits. If you prefer not to receive cookies, you may turn them off in your browser, or you may set your browser to ask you before accepting a new cookie. Some pages may not function properly if the cookies are turned off. Unless otherwise stated on this site, we do not use cookies to track your movement among different web sites.
We do track overall traffic patterns at DonateLINQ and CashLINQ and through links clicked on in the email communications. As with most other Internet sites, our web servers record the IP address of each visitor to this site. This IP address tells us which domain you visited from (for instance, netzero.com), but not your e-mail address. We use the information we record to administer this website more effectively and to gather broad demographic information about where our visitors come from.
Disclosure of Information
As a matter of policy, we do not sell, rent, lease or exchange any nonpublic personal information about you to any third party, unless needed to do so in order to process or conduct a transaction (i.e., a donation or payment).
CashLINQ assures you that we use all commercially reasonable efforts to keep the nonpublic personal information of all who contact us through this website confidential, with the exclusion of providing that information to the nonprofit and any parties that are necessary in order to complete a transaction. However, due to the existing regulatory environment, we cannot ensure that all of your private communications and other nonpublic personal information will never be disclosed in ways not otherwise described in this Privacy Policy. By way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications, or users may abuse or misuse your information that they collect from our site. Therefore, although we use industry standard practices to protect your privacy, we do not promise, and you should not expect, that your nonpublic personal information or private communications will always remain private.
CashLINQ cooperates with law enforcement inquiries, as well as other third parties to enforce laws, such as: intellectual property rights, fraud and other rights. We can (and you authorize us to) disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us or you to legal liability.
