Make a Difference

Talk about it: Questions to process with family, friends, and yourself.

  1. What are some things/people that you have been compelled by and why?
  2. What did Jesus do to compel others into the Kingdom of Heaven?
  3. How does Newport Mesa Church come alongside you and help you grow?
  4. How can you become a more “smelly” Christian?
  5. Why is it important to embrace our “smelliness” in our schools, workplace, and communities?

Question: What do you think are the main reasons your family and friends struggle with isolation?

Today’s primary texts: Genesis 3, Luke 14:15-24

  4. How does contributing to healthy communities (Grow Groups) help put our world back together again?
  5. Why are healthy communities so rare and what can be done to make them more common?
